Aditi Rao Hydari and Bengali actor Prosenjit Chatterjee have reportedly been roped up to star in Vikramaditya Motwane’s web series Stardust. Motwane, who made a foray into the digital space with Netflix’s Sacred Games, is working on another series that will focus on Bollywood.

According to reports, the web series will be inspired by real incidents, including rivalry with the film industry’s working culture. It will be a more fictional take, taking the history of the 1940s in the film industry to the next 40 years. They are planning an arc of 8 or 9 episodes.

Aparshakti Khurana is also part of the series. Other celebrities will soon be roped up. Manufacturers were planning to go to the ground last year, but that was delayed due to the pandemic. They are now planning new dates and plan to start filming in March or April this year.
