Anup Jalota transforms into Satya Sai Baba; Asks fans if he looks like a late Godman line: Bollywood News

Singer and former Bigg Boss contestant Anup Jalota made his acting debut in 2020 with Amazon Prime Video series Paatal Lok. Now he is set to be seen in the lead role in the upcoming film. Satya sai baba in which Jalota will try out the title role.


On Tuesday, Anup Jalota took to his Instagram account and shared a candid photo of himself dressed as the iconic Godman on fire. Bearing a striking resemblance to the Godman, Anup Jalota shared the photo and wrote, “So how do you find the transformation ?? Don’t I look like a Satya Sai Baba ji replica ??”

He also shared a photo where he is seen transforming into Satya Sai Baba as a makeup artist puts the finishing touches on his hair and face. “Transform into one of the most popular and followed spiritual Indian gurus and philanthropist, Satya Sai Baba,” he captioned the post.

Satya Sai Baba was a guru and philanthropist born into a Telugu speaking Bhatraju family. At the age of 14, he left his home to serve society and also claimed that he was the reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba.

The biographical drama is scheduled to hit theaters on January 22 in Hindi, English, Telugu and Marathi. The film is directed by Vicky Ranawat and also features Jackie Shroff, Sadhika Randhawa, Govind Namdev, Arun Bakshi, Sudhir Dalvi and Mushtaq Khan in key roles.
