On the difference between movies and OTT content and what is the one aspect he’s really a fan of when it comes to content on the web, Sunil says, “Movies are beautiful and a good medium, but sometimes you can’t. not say a few. things even if you want to improvise on stage and know it will make it better. You have to cut the scene to tell your story in 2 hours or 2.5 hours. However, OTT allows you the freedom and flexibility to be fluid to do something really right.
Sunil is also happy that his career has taken on a new lease of life with OTT. “I had been doing comedy for a long time and playing various characters, all in the comedy genre. So it gives me the opportunity to explore a different way of portraying a character who is beautiful, new and fresh to me, ”the actor said. Sunil Grover also spoke about the lesson he learned during his journey in the industry where he started out as a comedian, then made movies and is now reigning in the OTT space.
He said: “I would say that the experiences I have gained with various mediums have been an apprenticeship. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to do it because as a person and a little bit as a artist, I think the experience is the most beautiful thing. Being part of different types of installations, finding yourself, challenging yourself is exciting and rewarding and I love this process of surpassing yourself and achieving all that we can. “
