Jameela Jamil will take her first steps in Marvel verse by joining the cast of Disney + She-Hulk.
She-Hulk is a legal comedy centered around the eponymous heroine (Maslany), aka Jennifer Walters, a lawyer who has powers similar to those of her cousin, Bruce Banner / The Hulk.
the Good place The actress will play Titania, a supervillain first introduced in Marvel verse in 1984 and created by Jim Shooter. She joins previously announced actors Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth, Ginger Gonzaga and Renée Elise Goldsberry. Ruffalo will reprise his role as The Hulk, and Roth will return in The Abomination, a character he once played for The Incredible Hulk movie.
The Hulk The series is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao as lead writer.
Jamil broke out as Tahani Al-Jamil on NBC’s The Good Place. Since starring in the beloved comedy, Jamil has landed roles in Crossing Swords, Jurassic World: Cretaceous Camp and Duck tales. She currently hosts The misery index and serves as a judge on HBO’s Max Legendary voguing / ballroom competition series.
