Larry Teng signs new global deal with CBS Studios – Deadline

EXCLUSIVE: Nancy drew Director / Co-Executive Producer Larry Teng has signed a new exclusive three-year global deal with CBS Studios. As part of the pact, he will direct, develop and produce new series projects for the studio.

Teng made his episodic debut directing the CBS Studios drama Way, on which he became co-executive producer. He has directed at least five episodes of a number of CBS Studios dramas, including Medium, elementary, NCIS: Los Angeles, Hawaii Five-0, Criminal Minds, SEAL Team and, more recently, Breakout CW has hit Nancy drew, for which he directed the pilot and is co-executive producer.

This season of development, Teng teamed up with writer Yalun Tu for a crime drama The Bay, which is in consideration at CBS.

Teng, who previously made a global deal with CBS TV Studios last year, has also served as a co-producer / executive director on Animal Kingdom, Supergirl and Graceland and Way. It is replaced by RBEL and Circle of Confusion.
