‘Legacies’ launches Omono Okojie and Nadia Affolter joins ‘New Amsterdam’ – Deadline

EXCLUSIVE: A new student enrolls at Salvatore School. Omono Okojie (NCIS) has reserved a recurring role on The CW Legacy. She will play Cleo, a new student witch at Salvatore School, who bonds with Hope (Danielle Rose Russlell) over their artistic passions. Free-spirited and self-reliant, Cleo is excited to find a new home at the school and earn a place in his Super Squad. A spin-off of The originals, now in its third season, Legacy features characters from both series and its predecessor, The Vampire Diaries. The series stars Russell as Hope Mikaelson, 17, descended from some of the most powerful bloodlines of vampires, werewolves, and witches. She attends the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, where other supernatural people learn to hone their skills. Okojie’s credits include a recurring role on NCIS and a supporting role in functionality cook. She is replaced by Stacy Solodkin at Beth Stein agency and Deb Berger at DBA Talent Management.

Nadia Affolter (Jack ryan) joined NBC’s New Amsterdam as recurring. Affolter will play Mina. Additional details about the characters are being kept under wraps. New Amsterdam is inspired by the memoirs of Dr Eric Manheimer Twelve patients: life and death at Bellevue hospital and his 15 years as medical director of the hospital. Creator David Schulner and director Peter Horton produce with Michael Slovis and David Foster. New Amsterdam is produced by Universal Television, Pico Creek Productions and Mount Moriah. Affolter is best known for her role as Sara on Amazon Jack ryanot. His previous credits include The blacklist. It is replaced by Take 3 Talent Agency.
