The costumes from Prabhas to Radhe Shyam cost Rs 6 crore? : Bollywood News

The creators of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s next film Radhe Shyam recently previewed the movie and by the way, the movie definitely has some jaw-dropping visuals. The main actors also wore exquisite outfits for their roles in the period drama. According to some sources, the cost of the costumes for Prabhas alone is estimated to be around Rs 6 crore.

According to reports, the producers went out of their way to make this film a magical experience, even if it meant spending a lump sum just on costumes. From the posters and teasers for the film, it is evident that Prabhas wore stylish outfits in the film which is largely shot in the scenic locations of Europe.

Reports also mentioned that Prabhas would also wear specially designed ethnic clothing as vintage clothing from the 1970s was not readily available. In terms of costumes, Radhe Shyam is one of Prabhas’ most expensive projects.

Prabhas will be seen in a romantic film after a decade. His last films were high octane action dramas. His last outing as a romantic hero was in the Telugu hit titled, Mr. Perfect, back in 2011. Before the mega success of Baahubali and he became known as a pan-Indian star, he was everyone’s darling for his tremendous performance as a lover in the 2010 hit romantic drama, Darling.

Radhe Shyam is a multilingual film and is directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, presented by Gulshan Kumar, and T-Series. It is produced by UV Creations. The film stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi and Pramod.
