Two of Bigg Boss 14’s strongest contenders are Rahul Vaidya and Aly Goni. While the duo share an amazing bond, it seems, other roommates are unhappy with their camaraderie and bromance. In one of the recent episodes, we saw Sonali Phogat and Rahul Vaidya having a heated argument over task and homework. As Sonali later tells Aly not to cook but he refuses and we see Rahul jump into the argument after hearing his name. Soon we see the war of words become intense and after that we see Sonali calling Rahul Vaidya and Aly Goni ‘Jamura’ (acolytes) to each other. While we thought Sonali was on a different tangent in making this statement, it seems even fans agree with the contender as 54% think Rahul and Aly are sidekicks of each other.
In fact, in previous episodes we’ve seen roommates say that Rahul can’t do anything in the house without Aly. While we still think the singer’s bond with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is incredible in the house, we doubt they’ll care about being named as each other’s sidekicks.
In the last episode of Bigg Boss 14, we saw family members come into the house which made the roommates very emotional. After Rahul Vaidya’s mother enters the house, we see him singing for her. “Tu sher hai,” she said to him with emotion, to which Rahul replied modestly “Aai tuza arshirwaad”. He asks him when he should get married and his mother says to him: “Humne to tayari bhi shuru kar di hai.” Aly said out loud. Rahul kisses his mother’s hand through the gloves. With this gesture, we can definitely say that Aly is one of the supporters of Rahul Vaidya.
