Kangana Ranaut reacts to accusations of Mumbai apartment mergers; says BMC is harassing her: Bollywood News

Recently, a civil court in Mumbai ruled that actor Kangana Ranaut committed a serious violation of the plan when merging his apartments. Reacting to the news, the actress denied the statement in the decision and said the apartment was as she bought it.

In a tweet reacting to a report, Kangana said the building was constructed so that there was an apartment on each floor and that was how it was when she bought it. “False propaganda from the Mahavinashkari government, I haven’t joined any apartment, the whole building is built the same, one apartment per floor, that’s how I bought it, @mybmc only harasses me in everything building. Will fight in a higher court, ”Kangana wrote on Twitter.

In September of last year, the BMC demolished parts of Kangana’s office in Bandra citing illegal constructions. Following this demolition, Kangana Ranaut had filed a petition asking for a restraint on the demolition carried out by the civic body.

In the recent civil court ruling, Judge LS Chavan said that to merge her three apartments on the fifth floor of a 16-story building, Kangana covered the sunken area, the duct area, the common passage and converted the free floor space index. (FSI) in the living area. This, according to the decision, constituted serious violations of the construction plan.
