‘Bless The Harts’ Ends With Season 2 On Fox – Deadline

Fox’s current second season Bless the harts will be his last.

Fox has confirmed that the comedy will end its current season in May and will not return to the schedule.

Bless the harts was the first in a new wave of animated series on Fox as the newly released Disney network dubbed the genre. It also marks the first of this new crop of show, which also includes The big North and Duncanville, as well as the series to come Familiar, to come to an end.

Last month, Fox handed over The simpsons another two-season renewal, bringing it into its 34th season, and also gave Family guy and Bob’s Burgers two season renewals last fall.

While Jenny is the head of her family, she often disagrees with her lottery-scratching obsessed mother, Betty, voiced by Rudolph, and her witty and creative daughter, Violet, voiced by Bell. Jenny’s passionate and eternally-optimistic boyfriend Wayne Edwards, voiced by Barinholtz, is the love of her life and Violet’s surrogate dad. He’s a charming dreamer who might never strike the big moment, but he won’t give up on the fight. Jenny even has a bit of divine power in her corner, as Jesus, voiced by Nanjiani, appears to her regularly while she waits for tables at the neighborhood restaurant The Last Supper. At the end of the day, the Harts might not have much, but they might have all they need.

Bless the harts is a Fox Entertainment and 20th Television co-production. Spivey, Lord and Miller are executive producers along with Wiig, Cohen and Andy Bobrow. Spivey and Bobrow are co-showrunners. Animation is produced by Titmouse.
